McGuire’s Cleaning Service is a family owned and operated cleaning service provider. We offer an array of cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. We are looking to expand out current team as our business continues to grow. Our ideal candidate will take pride in their work, while simultaneously getting the job done quickly. This position requires a person who has high energy, is self-motivated with exceptional work ethics. Our cleaners need to be able to strike a balance between efficiency and speed. We provide all supplies and equipment needed to clean as well as an in depth, hands on training. Our goal is a 100% customer satisfaction rating for our clients and the best possible working conditions for our employees. We are currently offering a part-time position.
Current positions available: Lead Cleaner or Cleaning Technician
Applicants must:
- Be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a registered and insured vehicle.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Be available and have flexibility in scheduling (this is a part-time position)
- Be able to read, write, understand and follow directions in English.
Physical Abilities required:
- Strength/physical stamina-this is a labor intensive position.
- Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
Skills required:
- Time management
- Must enjoy cleaning
- Must have attention for detail (thorough)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Self-discipline – ability to work with or without direct supervision
- Desire to help others
Hours can range from 8am-5pm Mon-Fri. Weekends optional
Flexible schedule (hours the same but fewer days if requested)

Negotiable based on experience
