Cleaning Policies

 

We believe in clear efficient client-business relations. If you have any questions regarding these policies, or your specific situation please reach out!

1. McGuire’s Cleaning Service is licensed, and insured and has specialized in providing quality professional cleaning services in the Hudson Valley since 1998.

2. McGuire’s Cleaning Service is responsible for all payroll taxes and has workers compensation insurance.

3. All equipment and supplies are provided by McGuire’s Cleaning service, but will use specialty products at the client’s request (supplied by the client).

4. We guarantee consistent quality cleaning services. We employ reliable, trustworthy cleaning people that are motivated by company incentives and rewards.

5. Our goal is to exceed your expectations for professional cleaning services in Dutchess county, Ulster county, Putnam county and the surrounding areas. We inspect our work before leaving the premises. If you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 48 hours of service so that we may correct any issues.

6. Schedule Changes or Cancellations: Please notify us as soon as possible with any changes or cancellations. We always try to accommodate scheduling changes, however if a regularly scheduled service is cancelled less than 48 business hours in advance, or the team is unable to gain entry into the home, the customer will be held responsible for 100% of this service price. For all scheduled one-time deep cleanings (Top to Bottom cleaning services), changes to scheduling must be made a minimum of one week prior to the scheduled date, otherwise client will forfeit deposit. 

7. Payment: Unless you are a commercial client and invoiced monthly, full payment is required upon completion of the cleaning service. You may pay by check (made payable to “McGuire’s”), cash, or call our office to pay by credit card. Outstanding balances must be paid prior to the next cleaning. Returned checks and late payments are subject to a $25 reprocessing fee.

8. The cleaning crew will immediately notify the client and/or our office of any accidental damage that occurs during any job.

9. A referral fee of $3,500.00 will be charged to any client who hires an employee of McGuire’s Cleaning Service or hires a former employee of McGuire’s Cleaning Service within one (1) year following the employee’s last day as an employee of McGuire’s Cleaning Service.
